Jonathon Eaves

Jonathon Eaves has built himself a strong reputation as a gifted agent with his determination, solid work ethic, and ensuring that each of his client’s needs are fulfilled.  Along the way, he has become known for stupendous results that consistently do him and Ray White Oakleigh proud.

Jonathon came into real estate in 2009, and from the moment he started, he absolutely loved it.  What Jonathon enjoys most about his role is the engagement and journey of meeting people from all walks of life – whether it is a young couple trying to secure their first property, or a family downsizing – Jonathon finds every experience rewarding.

Auctioneering is one of Jonathon's main strengths, having been a finalist in many senior auction competitions; his style is very energetic, conversational and engaging amongst the crowd.  Jonathon works hard to achieve extremely positive outcomes, and is known as a fantastic team player for the Ray White Group.  He likes to share his experience amongst his work colleagues, and believes that having a great reference group to talk through challenges, and working to a plan, helps create outstanding results.

As well as spending time with his family and partner Maria, Jonathon loves watching a game of footy, playing tennis and going to the gym.  If he is not sampling some of Melbourne's best restaurants, he is visiting the Mornington Peninsula or Victoria's countryside.  Jonathon's plan for the future is to one day run his own Ray White business.
