Strong foundations underpin the success Leigh has achieved in real estate, plus an inside knowledge of the area that is second to none.  He started developing this grip from a young age, following his dad and uncle (both real estate agents) to Saturday auctions, understanding property and how it is such an amazing asset.  From growing up in Oakleigh and Chadstone, to attending school in Hughesdale and university at Monash, this is his home ground.  Leigh attributes the strong growth of Monash suburbs to being very family friendly, yet having enough dining and nightlife to keep one entertained, and the world’s best shopping meccas to keep the twinkle in your (or your partner’s) eyes alive.

Since joining Ray White Oakleigh in 2013, Leigh has surefootedly worked his way to his current position, leveraging several years of prior experience in sales, marketing and operations, where he honed his skills and creativity in promoting businesses and products to give them the edge.  An amiable personality and an excellent negotiator for his clients, he is a self-confessed straightshooter and a slight workaholic.
