In terms of the all-important negotiation process, Filip’s well-developed skills and determination to secure the highest possible price for his clients make all the difference. He is also connected to the large number of reputable developers and builders in the City of Monash and Glen Eira and enjoys managing his clients array of projects including apartments, townhouses and luxury homes from inception to completion.

In addition to sharing his clients’ joy at achieving a premium result, his daily contact with such a diverse range of interesting people also fuels Filip’s passion for the industry. He has developed an enormous network base in Melbourne alone, so it comes as no surprise that 80% of Filip’s business comes from referral-based and repeat clients.

Outside of work Filip loves spending time with his beautiful, supportive wife Cathy. They particularly enjoy dining in Melbourne’s restaurants and bars, especially at renowned Kew restaurant, Charcoal Grill on the Hill, where a great steak pairs perfectly with a selection from one of the best wine lists in Australia. Filip also goes regularly to gym and enjoys relaxing with a good book or movie from his extensive personal collections.
