Ray White Oakleigh welcomed Vanessa De Gregorio to our Team in 2014. Vanessa loves to keep herself active & loves a challenge, she enjoys going to the gym, enjoys motorbike riding & meeting people. 

Vanessa believes that the partnership between a property manager and a client cannot exist without clear communication and prides herself in offering supreme customer service to her clients.  She believes that being honest and taking the time to have open discussions is paramount when building long lasting relationships. 

Vanessa holds a full Estate Agents Licence and is well versed with the Residential Tenancies Act.  She has more than 20 years’ experience in all areas of Property Management.  Vanessa believes when you invest the time that is required to explain how property management works until her client is confident with the procedures, this will benefit not only the client but will earn trust & your client’s confidence in you. 

Vanessa believes ensuring regular income for her Rental Providers is a top priority.  The communication from Vanessa will be continuous throughout the management process of your investment property.
